Michelle has been in the housing industry most of her life. While attending St. Leo University to attain her degree in Psychology she was also working for Lennar Homes, a fortune 500 company in Tampa, Florida. It was there she spent 10 years developing her skills as a manager; working and coordinating 30+ contractors daily in the process of building homes, eventually becoming an area quality control manager.

Originally from this area, she moved back to New Fairfield 13 years ago where she met her husband and started a family. With her management skills acquired while working at Lennar homes, she helped transform the family business, but eventually was drawn back to her housing roots and selling homes felt like a natural transition from a building background.

Her first year she acquired her Real Estate license, she was named rookie of the year and found herself loving the housing world all over again.
